The greens were a little rough due to the plugging Tuesday and it got a little warm, but we still had 16 golfers show up this morning. The 7 nine holers played their usual games with the 18 hole golfers played our Nassau Format with Billy Blair being the big winner taking both the back nine with a net 27 and total with a net 57. Jay Harbison won the front nine with net 27. Bob Tuttle shot the low gross score of 68. Now the really big winner was Randy Cole who won closest to the pin at 12 feet 10 inches. This was a big payout since there was no winner on our last outing. Doug
BLGC MGA 9-Holer Report
The summer heat didn’t deter seven of those BLGC MGA World Famous 9-Holers today for a round of Nassau golf. We had four putting competitors and three golfing competitors today. The putters moved ahead since Ken Mayne was in charge of tasting the root beer floats being served for dessert today! The old guys played rather fast since it was lunch day and because the day was heating up fast. The Herd would rather play an air conditioned golf course if they could find one! A short recap of their play today is included in the attached file. 20180607 BLGC MGA 9-Holer Report

That’s it for another great day of 9-Holer golf at good old Blue Lake!
